BAND BIO
Compass & Cavern is a long-time friendship between Will Timbers and Chris Fruci disguised as an alternative rock band from Denver. Will & Chris have been writing and performing music together for over a decade. C&C is their current musical outlet for sharing deep thoughts, reflections, wild dreams, frustrations, strange stories, and more.
The band's sound is characterized by massive synths, riffing guitars, dynamic drums, vocal harmonies, and the occasional, but always appropriate, shaker. How do only two people (plus a drummer) pull this off? Surely with pre-recorded tracks, a back-up choir, artificial intelligence, etc...
Nope. It all happens live. The magic is real, and so is the friendship you see on stage.

PRESS
Denver alt-rock band, Compass & Cavern have released the music video for their single, "Before It Begins." The video was filmed in Atlanta, GA by award-winning cinematographer, Jeremy Miller, and was shot with the music playing in reverse to create a visually stunning and mind-boggling final product. Needless to say, it's something you're going to want to watch more than once just to take it all in.

Modern alternative rock bands don’t often conjure up deep-thinking philosophies, but Denver’s Compass & Cavern have managed to combine energetic rock and more than a bit of hip-hop influence with some insight that is both smart and refreshing.

This is one of those rare albums that we actually enjoyed listening to despite never having even heard of the band before...They're talented guys and I hope to see them live soon. You should, too.
